About

At the core of Chicagoland Collective is a simple conviction: churches multiply best when they are friends on mission.

A network is a small group of churches who become friends on mission to multiply healthy, disciple-making churches together. These networks choose Kingdom over castle, share learning and responsibility, and embody the 4R values that drive relational, reproducible multiplication.

When several networks unite around a shared vision for a city, region, or people group, they form a collective — becoming partners in mission. Collectives collaborate to plant new churches, strengthen existing ones, and bring the love of Jesus to every community in their context.

Supporting both networks and collectives is the HUB, a team of champions for mission who equip, coach, convene, and accelerate the work across a city, region, or people group. The Hub doesn’t direct—it empowers—removing obstacles, multiplying capacity, and helping leaders and churches flourish in their disciple-making mission.
