Mark Neal is the CEO and Founder of Clarity Ministries, created to help leaders stay healthy while leading well. With over two decades of experience in both ministry and business, Mark has led churches through rapid growth, revitalization, and transition—planting multiple congregations and overseeing teams of more than 100 people with multi-million-dollar budgets.
Sogol Pulley is a California native now living in Southern Utah, where she serves as Co-Lead Church Planter of Elevate Church in St. George. Elevate Church has grown quickly and built real community in Southern Utah. Sogol also serves in operations at Excel Leadership Network, an organization dedicated to equipping church planters around the globe. She is a mom of three and passionate about helping people discover and live out the purpose God has for their lives.
Swebb coaches and trains an increasingly rare activity many people outsource: thinking. He has a long history of building successful and sustainable ministries, leaders, and teams by investing in people.
Brad White currently serves as the pastor of The Creek Church, a growing multisite church in Southeast Kentucky. He is also the founding pastor of Lifepoint Church in Tampa, FL, which he and his wife, Stephanie, launched in 2000. What began as a single church grew into a thriving multisite movement across Tampa Bay and beyond.In recent years, Brad has invested in pastors, coaches, and church leaders through C3 Global at Fellowship Church—equipping them to strengthen their leadership, develop their teams, and expand their gospel impact. Brad believes strong churches are built on strong, Spirit-led leadership, and he is passionate about helping people grow in their faith and step into their calling.
